Before the batch production, the First Article is critical to create the quality standard, and appropriate manufacturing procedure. Noblemind is helping our customers to do the overall inspection and test for the first article, to create professional report, and mark it as golden sample for batch production.

During the batch production, random on site check is very necessary, not just to supervise the production status to make sure the scheduled timeframe is respected, but also it’s a necessary ways to check out any varianaces, and actions needs to be taken immediately to avoid delay or cause big lose.

Before shipment, Noblemind QC team is always on site for pre-shipment inspection, mainly to check the product shipping list, safe packaging, as well as secure container loading process. After the shipment, our team is dedicated to create and pass over an official check report for our customers to evaluate the order achievement.
